Need lang po ng proper advice kung ano po ang dapat gawin current pregnant po ako at nag advise po ung doctor ko ng bed rest.. Nakakuha na po ako mg fit to work pero nag request po ako ng bagong schedule na mas convenient since pregnant nga po ako.. 2 weeks na po ung nakalipas ndi pa rin po ako nag kakaroon ng schedule.. May nalabag na po ba ang kumpanya na pinag tatrabuhan ko sa karapatan ko na makabalik sa trabaho.. Continues po ako nag uupdate sa immediate supervisor pero sabi nya po wala pa.. Ano po ang mga necesaary action na pwede ko gawin.. Maraming salamat po kung anumang advise ang pwede nyong ibigay.

Morning shift po kmi i just prefer po na ilagay po ako sa panghapon na schedule between 1 to 2 pm po.

ang issue ba is hindi pinag bigyan yung request mo for another schedule or hindi ka na binigyan ng trabaho since nag leave ka? dun sa schedule it will be up to the employer kung gusto kang pagbigyan or not. if hindi ka binibigyan ng schedule may reason ba silang binibigay?

Hindi daw ako mabigyan ng schedule dahil wala daw po tumatanggap sa request dahil may chance daw po na absent at aabsent po ako. Isnt that discrimination since they judge me that i will occur absemce becauae of my condition.

kung ang position mo ay tied sa client or sa project at wala ng position dun sa lumang account, meron ang employer na six months para ihanap ka ng panibagong position if not kelangan ka nya bigyan ng separation pay.  

kahit sa dating schedule mo na morning shift wala ng maibigay sayo na work schedule?

Meron po.. Kung decline naman ung rrquest ko na ilipat sa ibang oras ung pasok ok lang naman un i can make necessary adjustment ndi ko lan alam kung bakit ang tgal nila magbigay ng schedule ung kaibigan ko same case kami nakabalik naman sya without any reson..
