Arresto Menor
Hi! Ako po ay isang member ng association ng isang gated community sa Carmona Cavite. May mga katanungan lang po ako ukol sa homeowner association.

1. Legal po ba sa isang homeowner association na 5 board members ay empleyado ng developer at 2 lang ang homeowner?

2. Kung hindi po transparent ang homeowner association sa mga pondo ng association, maari po ba itong maging ground para magpatalsik o mapa-recall ang board members?

3. Kung magpo-post po ba kami sa internet ng aming problema/experience tungkol sa developer, maari po ba kaming makasuhan ng libel?

1) while the developer owns some of the lots, it can nominate its representatives.

2) there has to be proof of malversation. but you can file a case at hlurb to compel the board to present the books of account.
