Na suspend po ako ng 15days pero iba counting nila ng 15days kasi di daw kasama ang holidays. Tama po ba na hindi isama ang holidays sa bilang ng 15days? Regular employee po

nasa employer na yun. kasi pwede ka naman nilang isuspend ng 17 days if gusto mo bilangin ang holidays

Thanks sa reply sir lukekyle pero loss of income na aq ng more than 15days qng hindi isama ang holidays. If icompute kasi babagsak na 18days

talk to your manager and tell him na lalampas na nang 15 days kung isasama ang holiday.

Thanks sir patok. I already told her that pero sbi nya di daw kasama talaga holidays. One more questions sana masagot po agad. We were hired ng Company A and nasa contract na Company A ang name ng company. Si Company A merong Company B. Now ang sabi nila ililipat daw kami sa Company B. Legal po ba yun without terminating yung contract namin sa Company A? Ano mga dapat na legal na hakbang bago kami dapat ilipat?

depende ano ang ibig sabihin na ililipat? Magiging employee ba kayo ni company B? or magtratrabaho lang kayo under company b but employee parin kayo ni company A?

When you say tuloy ang tenure, dapat empleyado parin kayo ni company A. Kahit pareho lang ang may ari, or kahit pareho lang ang management ng dalawang kompanya, magkahiwalay na entity parin sila sa mata ng batas. https://www.alburovillanueva.com/business-separate-corporate-personality So dapat talagang masigurado mo na hindi kayo mase-separate from company A.

Hi Sir. Ito po yung scenario, binigyan ng memo ng hr tungkol sa reimbursement. Kinausap lahat ng supplier ng hr. Hindi tumugma sa liquidation report na sinubmit. Kaya may memo. Nagsubmit ng explanaton letter. Mukhang negative na at alam mong hinahanapan ka pa ng boss ng mga palpak para madismiss kna. Hindi ka man lang kinausap diretso hr na. Magrereaign na po ba o hintayin yung decision?
