Good morning atty, I have an ongoing case and just got arraigned recently. I was wondering if it will appear in my nbi clearance? Im planning to get my clearance because im applying for a job. Thanks in advance.

sometimes it does, sometimes it doesnt, particularly if no warrant of arrest was issued. the only way to find out is to apply for one.

i just receive my lift of warrant and it was granted by the judge. can i now get my nbi clearance because i need it for my job application?

what you did was to file bail. the nbi will remove the hit only when your case is dismissed.
