Hello po. May question po sana ako. Kasi may biniling house and lot yung parents ko nung 17 years old pa lang ako. Ilalagay sana sa name ko kaya lang under legal age ako nung time na yun. Also, both of my parents are abroad. Masyadong hassle daw pag sa mother ko ipangalan ung title and hindi naman pwede sa dad ko since foreigner siya. Minadali nila pagbili because sa bank nila binili yun. So ang ginawa is sa name na lang ng friend ng mother ko ipinangalan. Tapos ngaung 18 years old na ako, gusto na po ng parents kong i-transfer sa name ko. Ang alam ko po is may mga taxes na babayaran para s transfer and all. Ang sabi sa akin ng guardian ko is either deed of sale or deed of donation daw po. Which is cheaper po and better? And mga magkano ang need na iprepare pra s transfer? My parents wants to have it transferred to my name by May po kasi. I need help po. Thanks.

they could've simply named it to you with your parents as trustee and transfer it when you are of legal age with no payment of taxes.

i recommend deed of sale. prepare about 8% of the value of the property.

Ah ok po. Kapag deed of sale po, yung about 8% lang as in lahat lahat babayaran? Or may iba pa po tulad ng lawyer fee or something pa? Thanks po.

the cost should revolve around that amount.
