I have been an employee for almost 11 months and we were on probationary period for 6 months and did some training until the second or third month i think.
i had some issues with the management and i am thinking of resigning. however my bond with the company is 1 year after my probationary period. and it is said that if i was to resign, terminated or separated from the company that i will be reimbursed of the training etc. and i will be required to pay 100k for damages.
i read in this post that his 100k should be pro-rated?
could you explain to me what is that and how does it work?
