Hello Atty!

I want to seek an advice regarding my Transcript of Record (TOR). I am a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education and I want to take Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET), but the school doesn't want to release my TOR because I haven't enrolled on their Refresher Course (Review). Do they have the right to hold my TOR?

The passing rate in our school is too low that is why I don't want to enroll for my my review.

I need my TOR because it is one of the requirements before I could take the LET.

Thank you and more power!

no, that is not a valid reason. Write them a letter and mention that you are being made to take the refresher course. after that you can complain to CHED.
