ask ko lang po kung puede i cancell ang conditional deed of sale , nag benta ang asawa ko ng lupa yung nakabili nag down ng 15 thousand pesos partial ang naka saad ang balanse na 16and 400pesos kung ma re-constitute at saka pa lang sila magbabayad ng balanse . March 31, 1999 pa yung bentahan at isa pa po peke ang pirma ko dahil nasa abroad po ako ask ko lang po kung puede ibalik ko nal lang ang 15 thousand pesos na ibinayad nila ayaw po nilang tanggapin ang 15k gusto po nila mapa sa kanila ang lupa . Ano po ba ang dapat gawin ano po kaso ang puede nilang isampa sa asawa ko??? SALAMAT PO!!! Crying or Very sad

you will need to show that you demanded that they pay the balance and they failed before you can cancel the sale.

thank you po sa reply ask ko lang po kung may bisa pa ba ang conditional deed of sale after 12 years???? Wala naman po nakalagay doon sa contrata. Salamat po uli
