Hi po,


Ask ko lang po kung ilan po ang dapat na binibigay ng company na vacation at sick leave? sa call center po ang work ko. depende po ba yun sa company or meron po bang number of leaves na mandated by law? Sabi po ng HR namin regular daw status namin pero wala naman pong nagbago sa benefits namin bukod sa nadagdagan na allowance. sa ngayon po walong VL at walong SL ang bigay ng company. sa ibang call center po kasi 15 VL at 15 SL ang bigay sa mga regular employees.

Reclusion Perpetua
The minimum required by law is a combined 5 days. This is called Service Incentive Leave.

So if you're getting more than 5 days, good for you.

Don't compare with other companies. You'll just get frustrated.

ano po bang article sa labor code yung nagsasaad na kung ilan sickleave na ibinibigay sa isang private employee?? salamat.. ...ilan po ba talaga dapat o discretion ba ng private employer yun?

Chapter 3
Article 95. Right to service incentive leave. (a) Every employee who has rendered at least one year of service shall be entitled to a yearly service incentive leave of five days with pay.

our company gave us 5 days VL and SL. ibig pala sabihin ok lang po ito?bakit ngayon ko lang po na encouter ito after working for 20 yrs sa ibang company?
