Sir,

Good day po, Nais ko lang po isangguni sa inyo. ako po ay nakabili ng isang 2nd hand na sasakyan. Wala pa pong 3 linggo lumabas po ang mga sira, ayun po sa Mayari at nagahente na mekaniko ng sasakyan na iyun wala na daw po kaming paaayos. maayos daw po ang lahat, at gagamitin na lang. kaso kinabukasan nasira agad ang clutch at natuklasan ko po na sira ang power window.sumunod na linggo nagkaroon ng oil leak. Nung nakausap ko po yung may ari ng aking tignan ang sasakyan, tinanggal niya po ang wiring ng power window para hindi malaro ng mga bata, ngunit ng aking patignan sira po ang mga ito. Pwedeng habulin ang may ari or Puwede ko po ba ibalik ang sasakyan or kahit makapgrefund kami ng kahit 35% sa total cost ng sasakyan. Kahit na may kasunduan na pinirmahan na as is ang pagkakabili ng kotse at naging tiwala lang po ako sa sinabi nilang wala ng papaayos at sasakyan na lang. Marami pong salamat at God bless po.

unless there's a guarantee on your written agreement, you bought the car at your own risk. you had every opportunity to test everything. in my opinion, if you file a case, it will not prosper unless you can prove deceit on the part of the seller
