Sir tanong ko loang po kung legal or illegal termination po ito: Probationary employee po ako at ang Hired date ko po ay Jan. 24, 2011 Naterminate po ako March 14, 2011. pero wala pong binigay na requirement para maging regular employee po ako nung time ng start date ko. March 14 tinerminate po nila ako without prior notice tapos yung araw din na yu8n terminated na ako.Tapos tinamper pa po nila yung Contract ko pinalitan po nila yung hire date ng from Januray 24 naging Feb 14. wala namn po akong pinirmahan na Training Agreement na kapag bumagsak ako sa training mateterminate po ako, na nilagay po nila sa Termination letter na alam ko daw po yun. Legal po ba to o hindi?

Atty, wala po0 akong narecive na other notice, pag pasok ko po ng March 14, 2011 binigay na po sa akin yung termination letter effective din nung araw na iyon, sa dahilang failure to respond on companys standard based sa training agreement,. na walanaman po training agreement at hindi naman po ako tinuturuan talaga ng trainer ko at inaknowledge lang po nila na trainee lang ako, na infact employee po ako kasi Employment Contract po yung pinirmahan ko. tapos wala naman pong nakalagay duan na specific requirement under kung paano ako magiging regular six months po yung Contract tinerminate po nila ako after 1 month lang.
