Arresto Menor
Sir sana po matulungan nyo ko

Nagfile po ako ng resignation letter, sabi ko po don sa letter tatapusin ko na lang po yung schedule ko for that week. ayaw pong pirmahan ng om namin gusto po nya 2 weeks yung irerender ko. di na po ako makapagrender for another week for personal reasons. nagsabi po ako sa bisor ko pero sabi daw po ng OM namin final na daw po yung decision nya na 2 weeks yung kelangan ko irender. tinerminate po ako for awol.

QUestion po

1. pwede pa po ba akong magpaclearance sa company?
2. entitled pa rin po ba ako sa final pay ko?

actually, the law requires you to give 30 day notice. in my opinion, you are still entitled to your last pay. as for your clearance, it depends on what the company will write on it.
