i have a friend who needs legal advice.he's in the US right now.ginamit nung brother nya yung credit card nya without his knowledge while his in the US.what he did nagpainvestigate sya sa credit card company para malaman nya kung sino ang gumawa.
while the investigation, inamin nung brother nya sa kanya na cia ang nagstole or gumamit nung credit card.

QUESTION IS:pwede ba ipatigil nung friend ko yung investigation?kase ayaw nung friend ko makasuhan yung brother nya.

he can simply inform the credit card company that he is withdrawing his complaint. the credit card company will not pursue as long as they are paid.
