Hi atty,

I filed a bp22/estafa in a provincial RTC, Amount involved is 3.1M. I paid around P26,000. Now, the case is due for resolution and the BP22 will be filed in our town's municipal trial court. While the estafa will be in RTC. I was told there again filing fees? Sad How much po kaya? Thanks po and good day

didn't an attorney assist you when you filed the case?

rule of thumb is filing fees for civil aspect is around 2.5% to 3%
