ask ko lang po. nagaapply po kasi ako ng laptop ang tattoo sa ahente ng globe. ang original na inapply ko ay HP netbook pero ang binigay nila sa akin ay neo netbook. after a week sinauli ko po yun (hindi pa nabuksan nor nagamit). inadvice nila ko na ipapasa nila sa iba, pero yung sa akin pa rin nakapangalan yung account after 6 months, di pala binabayaran yung bill nung pinasahan nila ng laptop at sinanla pa pala nito yung laptop. hanggang sa nagaway na yung mga ahente at yung pinasahan nila ng laptop at inipit nila ko na bawiin yung laptop kasi ako yung original owner. ngayon nabawi na yung laptop sa pagkakasangla at binalik sa akin. ngunit hindi ko na pwede ibalik sa globe. at may utang yung account ko na P10,000+ na hindi ko naman pinakinabangan. ano po ba pwede kong gawin? nangako yung dating gumamit ng laptop na babayaran niya yung bill sa globe at gumawa kami ng kasunduan na may pirma niya. ngunit malabo mangyari yung dahil may mga utang din siya sa ahente na di niya mabayaran. salamat po sa makakatulong.

your contract to globe was never terminated. you should not have accepted the neo laptop if this was not what you asked for. they will have a right to collect against you. you have a right to collect against that other person.

your agreement does not bind globe.
