Good day sir, tanong ko lng po, yun po ksing pinangalingan kong kumpanya last year ay nabalitaan ko na idedemanda daw ako dahil daw nag AWOL ako sa kanila, ano po ba yung pwede nilang ikaso saakin:
binigyan po nila ako ng 1 month probation, after nun another 5 months contract pareho ko namang natapos yung contract na pinirmahan ko, wala naman silang binigay na panibagong kontrata pagkatapos nun. nagstay pa ako sa kanila ng mga 2 buwan pa pagkatapos ng contact, kaya lang nagkaron ako ng problemang personal na naging dahilan ng biglaang pagalis ko ng kumpanya, tungkol naman po sa sweldo may naiwan pa nga ako doong 2 araw na hindi na nabayaran saakin dahil daw hindi ako ngpaalam pati ang 13th month ko hindi ko narin nakuha, nagtext lamaang ako sa kanila para iinform na hindi na ako makakapasok at kung may kailangan sila sa akin pwede naman nila akong contakin para sa mga tanong nila. pero ngayon nga nabalitaan ko halos magiisang taon na na gusto nila akong idemanda wala naman po akong balanse o kahit na anong kinuhang property ng kumpanya, malinis naman ang record ko sa kanila. anu po ba ang maari kong iexpect na next move nila at ano po bang pwede kong gawin tungkol dito. maraming salamat po.

moderator
if they will file a case against you, i don't think it will be just because of going awol. do they think you failed to account for funds or property?
