I would like to ask if ano po magiging kaso ng isang homeowner na nanggugulo sa homeowners association. Naglead po ng signature campaign regarding the postponement of an election but she's not paying her association dues.

She's the project engineer of the developer and of the subdivision, also a resident of the same subdivision..

Di po ba may conflict of interest dito? please advice. thanx and more power!

i don't see any problem with what she did. she's still a resident. it's not unlawful to have a signature campaign.
