My friend's husband is an ofw. the husband came back to the philippines after 3 years of working abroad. one day the husband went out to apply for another job but forgot to bring his mobile phone. the wife out of suspiscion opened the mobile phone and to her surprise discovered obscene pictures of his husband with another woman.when the husband came back home the wife confronted him but the husband strongly denied about the pictures. the husband was even telling that the pictures were all edited pictures only.the wife did not believe him.during the night while everybody is asleep, the wife would check her husband's phone. and one night the wife confirmed that her husband has another woman while abroad.the woman is still texting her husband. there is still an ongoing communication between the two. they have 3 children and all are teenagers. the wife already informed their children about her discovery. the wife is seeking for advice on what to do now. the wife and her children are experiencing emotional and psychological depression. please help them.thank you.

the wife doesn't know yet on what to do. what she thinks now are their 3 children who are all studying. the wife only stays at home and has no job or business.

what do you think would be her best move in this situation. thanks again.

actually, the husband is staying with them presently. The other woman is abroad. But the wife knows they are still communicating. if you are the wife here what would you do to your husband.

perhaps the solution is not a legal remedy. there can be no trust without transparency. ask the husband to give up privacy for a while. change numbers and allow the wife to monitor the cellphone and other communication lines.

if not, she can ask him to move out. or she moves out.
