good day po atty., nais kopong humingi ng advise about my housing loan processing..ano po ang dapat kong gawin kase ung loan docs like contract to sell etc. napirmahan ko po at ng husband ko na blangko walang nakusulat na details about sa house and lot na bibilhin namin.then ngayon ko po nalaman, nabasa ko po sa website ng hlurb yung tips.nakalagay po dun na before ka pipirma ng anumang contract kelangan i-make sure na hindi blangko.tapos ngayon po may panibagong set of pag-ibig docs na pinapipirmahan saakin ang developer at blangko po ulit.sana po matulungan nyo ako'eto po ang mga tanongko:
1. ano po ang kelangan kong gawin para mabawi yung 1st docs na napirmahan ko?
2. anu-ano pa po yung maiibigay nyong tips saakin?

ask the developer to fill in the blanks first. this will cure the defect of the first set of docs. ask to see the first set.

Magandang araw po ulit atty., share ko lang po for everybody...

I asked the in-charge in the developer's processing unit of housing loan application about my concern, her reply was (matagal bago sya nagreply):

sorry po for textspeak, text conversation po kase namin yan

"gnun po talaga madam lahat ng buyer after 2yrs bbgyan po kayo ng kopya pag transfr title n po"

then i replied, "Ganon po b mam ____?kc nakita kopo sa site ng hlurb b4 signing d contract 2 sell "Don’t sign any blank form of the Contract'

she replied (matagal bago sya nagreply), "gnun po b cge po pkibalik s reachout pag nkuha po i pa print ko po madam tapos kunin nyo po ulit s site"

I ended our conversation by saying, "Opo uyng unang batch ng loandocs null&void npo un ha'pahingi nln po ng new sets w/ details po n nkasulat or printed..."

ayan po shinare ko lang in case there are also buyers na may kaparehas kong problem.

thanks to atty. for his advices kaya ko nagawa yan'
