gud day sir..im 25 yrs old,ang asawa ko po ay dating filipino,then ng migrate cla s canada 18 yrs ago..last june 2009 ng plano kming mgpakasal d2 s pinas dhil foreigner cia nid nia ng legal capacity sbi s cityhall,,sabi ng asawa ko ndi n nia kailngan un kz canadian n cia..ang ngayri ung cenomar nia d2 s pilipinas ang ginamit ko para makakuha kmi ng marriage license nmin..so ang mga lumitaw n info s mc nmin puro info nia d2 s pilipinas..ang ginawa ko pinacorrect ko lht ng info n mali ginawang canadian cia,pati ung mga biyenan ko.,ngayong naicorrect n s nso my nakita akong mali ulit ung status nia bago kmi ikinasal ang nkalagay single ei s canada divorced cia,,,anu po kaya ang dapat?pwede po b ulit kmi pakasal ung kukuha n cia ng legal capacity..?thank u po.

how did you have it corrected?

you may have to file a petition in court to correct it.

is it a problem at the canadian side?

pinacorrect ko po s court lahat kso naiwan ung s status..d po kaya mgkaproblema un s mgiging application ko..wala po kz kming legal capacity tapos un nga..

ndi p po nmin alam kung mgkaproblem s canadian side,my ng sabi nmn skin dapat daw pinacancel ko nlng daw ksal ko kz nga wala daw kmi legal capacity.pg pinacancel po un parang annulment n din labas?

actually, she technically had legal capacity to marry. the problem is just that she did not have the document to evidence it. it is a defect, but to me, not so critical as to invalidate the marriage.

gud day sir..ahh pwede po kayang magpakasal nalang ulit kami ng husband ko khity civil lang ung kukuha n cia ng legal capacity s canadian embassy dto s pilipinas..maraming salamat po.

if there is already a marriage contract in the nso, that will still be the same marriage contract they will issue. your remarriage will not cure the minor defect on your first marriage.
