Arresto Menor
Hi! I am saving my money to file an annulment case, we have been separated for almost 3years. When annulment case is granted, will that mean na illegitimate yung mga kids ko?
How about yung ga licence ko and mga documents pwede i pachange nun without extra payments sa maiden name ko?

it will depend on what ground your marriage is annulled. if for something like psycho incapacity then they retain their legitimacy. if for bigamy, then they become illegitimate.
