Arresto Menor
please help i need advice regarding the rehabilitation of my husband.

nakarehab po kase ang asawa ko ngayon sa isang private rehabilitation center.voluntary cia dinala ng mga kapatid nya sa rehab kase malaki na ang perang inubos nya sa pagdadrugs.before sya marehab may ongoing criminal case na rin cia about sa pera.kaya nung dinala cia sa isang private rehab nagsubmit kame ng certificate sa court so that court would know that he is in a rehabilitation center while the case is still on going..

bottom line of the story as of now:
ang contract/program ng asawa ko sa rehab is 4-6 months cya dapat madetain.gusto na namen sana sya ilabas sa ika 4 months nya sa rehab.kase wala na kame pambayad at gusto na namen cia ulit makasama..ang usapan kase namen nung rehab 190K lang ang babayaran yun din ang nakalagay sa contract.pero nung nagasabi at nagrequest kame sa rehab kung pwede mailabas na cia ng 4 months;sab nung rehab yung 190K is good for 4 months lang.so meaning we need to pay the excess 2 months.hindi namen alam na magdadagdag pa kame, ang hinihingi samen dagdag is 40K.at pinipilit kame nung rehab na tapusin nung asawa ko ang 6 months para mabayaran namen yung excess na 2 months.that's why i filed a "motion for issuance of report on status and condition of ward", there's a statement on the motion saying "That said report would help in making it known the current condition of the Ward and wether it would be necessary to extend the confinement of the ward for his complete rehabilittaion".

please help po..thanks in advance..

thanks..

yes, it is possible that it will make the situation worse by their increasing the charges, but you can not claim that now because it is speculative. you don't know if they will do that.
