Hello po good day ask ko lang po kung ano po yung mga Policy ng local company agency, Nagwork po ako sa agency for 5 years na yung 13th month ko po ay as is na, wala pong dagdag so every year ganun pa rin po. Di ba po pag tumatagal ka sa company every year nadadagdagan ang 13th month? Pwede po ba yun as is lang kahit 5 years ka na sa company? Yung agency namin magpapalit po kumbaga babayaran nila kami, dahil mag change sila ng bagong agency. 5 years na po ako magkano po yung makuha ko? Pano po i compute yung separation pay ko sa company ko? ang company agency ba ay may right na di sundin ang batas? Or may sarili po bang mga policies ang agency na di ayon sa ating batas? LIke yung about sa tenure ng service may right po ba silang i as is lang ang benefits kahit matagal na sa company?


Kindly give some clarification for all my questions...Thank you very much..!!

no salary increase in 5 years?

are you considered a regular employee in your agency? do you have annual renewal of contracts?

what is the nature of your work and the company where you were assigned?
