sa tagal na panahon, ay magrereflect sa NBI ?
nalalagay po ba yun sa deregatory record mo?

gud pm,hope you can give me a clear advice regarding my unsettled credit card payemnt for almost 3 yrs na po,unfortunately hndi ako makakuha ng trabaho kaya hndi ko ma settle ang payment sa kahit magkanu na mbyran hndi tlga kaya wala akong income.as a requirement naman po sa employment,nag wwory naman ako bk mag ka record ako pag nag apply ako NBI clearance.anu po ba mgyyri pag my record o remarks?iipitin ba ng nbi ung tao pra hndi paalisin?hrapa na hrap na kc ako sa kaiisip sa sitwasyun ko,i do not know how to revive myself from all of these,pls help.

Good day Sir, ako po ay may bank account ng BDO dyan sa Pinas at ang laman lang po ay remaining balance of 5,000.00+ pesos. Ang problema ko po ay nagamit ang Credit Card ko sa isang Service Provider sa bansang Australia at kinaltas nila sa BDO account ko sa pamamagitan ng "On Line" nakuha kasi nila ang Credit Card number ko. Ang amount na kinuha ng service provider doon sa Australia ay 18,000.00 Pesos.. Paano po nangyari yun na ang pera ko lang po sa BDO ay 5,000.00 pesos lang at pinadalhan ako ng e-mail mula bdo ang babayaran ko raw ay 28,000.00 including attorny´s fees.. Obligasyon ko ba ang abogado ng bdo? Nandito ako ngayon sa Europe at isang "Tourist" at expired na ang aking "Viza" balak kong kumuha ng NBI Clearance through Phil. consulate para mkapag apply ng residence at magkatrabaho para makapagbayad ng utang ko sa Pinas. MAAAPEKTUHAN PO BA ANG PAGKUHA KO NG NBI CLEARANCE DAHIL LANG SA UTANG NA IYAN? Wala pa kasi akong pambayad sa ngayon dahil wala pang trabaho dito sa Europe. Maraming salamat po.

that's the principle of compensation. a bank deposit is considered a debt of the bank to you. they can offset your debt to them.

the bank has to file a criminal case against you first before anything can appear in your nbi clearance. it is possible that they c an, but unlikely that they will
