yes, but think of this, the 2nd husband will also be criminally liable when he file a case of biagamy

i cannot speak of how it will affect you under UAE law.

anyone can accuse you of bigamy as long the evidence is available. you can counter charge that he knew of it also and should be likewise be charged.

ear Attorney:

I married twice in the Philippines, dahil sa inabandon ako ng 1st husband kong Taiwanese, Yr. 2003, my 2nd partner convince me to got married again to their province for the sake na makuha ng anak namin yung family name niya at 2nd reason is para hindi ako hanapan ng mga requirements like ng CENOMAR dahil may kakilala sila sa probinsiya nila.
Please give your best advise Attorney.

Thank you.

Attorney, if ever po na hinde kami matuloy sa ganitong kaso dahil sa may laban rin po ako (counter charge as what you said), pwede po ba akong mag request from private Attorney na gumawa ng agreement na hindi na po namin guguluhin ang isat isa lalo nat naka received na rin po ako ng mga banta mula sa kanya na papatayin daw po niya ako.
Thank you po.

yes you can make that agreement. however, note that he will probably say that he did not know that you were married. how will you prove that he is lying?
