Hi

Im arjay.. gusto ko sana malaman kung pede pako mag file ng case against my father... eto po kasi ang nangyare...
Kasal sa simbahan ang mother ko at father ko and then nag hiwalay sila when i was only 1 yr old... nagasawa nang iba father ko nagka anak at bumuo ng pamilya kahit na kasal sila ng mother ko sa church... and then lumaki ako ng walang ama ni anino nya ndi ko man lang nasilayan ni konting suporta ay wala akong natanggap sa kanya.. umabot na sa time na wala na mother ko and its already 6 years ni sikong duleng wala... eventhough ang pamilya nya nagpapakasasa sa perang kinikita nya at ng angkan nya na sa ibang bansa lahat... gusto ko sana mag file ng case para mabayaran nya lahat ng pagkukulang nya gusto ko magdemand ng payment or pera na i can use for business and sa pagaaral ko..... gusto ko pa makatapos ng pag aaral... 23 nako ngaun tumigil ako sa paggaral para lang makapagtrabaho at masupportahan ko mga kapatid ko na naiwan ng mother ko... pede pa kaya ko magfile ng case? or wala na kong habol? apelyido nya pren ang dinadala ko hanggang ngaun... i really need help and advice for me to proceed with my plans...

moderator
ask for his marriage certificates from NSO and you can use both marriage contracts for a case of bigamy. you can leverage that so he will provide support.
