Hello

Help me naman po, need ko kasi ng contract form para sa binebenta kong unit na condominium. di ko kasi alam kung anong klase ba ng contract na form na kailangan ko. and terms ng payment is monthly payment then lump sum payment

ex. 1000 Monthly payment then every end of the year 5000. for ten yrs to pay.

patulong naman please, baka may gumagawa dito ng legal form para sa need ko na contract. or baka may libre dyan na form na katulad ng hinahanp ko at binebenta.

there are many samples on the net. i suggest it should be a contract to sell.
