Good morning attorney.

I really need an advice. What are the sanctions if we gonna reject the summon from the barangay?

Maging complicated po ba kung ni reject namin yun?

Ano po ba ang dapat namin gawin atty.?

then the other party can get a certificate to file action more quickly and they can initiate a case at the court or prosecutor's office

can it be the reason to put the person into an active on hold during departure?how many days to process the case on putting the person into the watch lists?

they have to file a complaint at the prosecutor's office. After that, it takes me about 1-2 weeks to get a watchlist order so the respondent cannot leave the country for a max of 120 days.
