Maaari po ba kming mag file din ng complaint against Meralco kc po tinanggalan n nila kmi ng kuryente kc my illegal connection daw kmi w/ch is d totoo .Yun kapit bahay nmin na matagal ng panahon n wala talagang kuryente cla yun nka jumper pero kmi may metro at monthly kming nagbabayad ng bills.Ang masakit dto ang penalty n pinababayaran nila ay 750k n napaka imposible s kagaya nmin na ordinaryong tao na mabayaran.Ng mag inquire ang kapatid ko sa meralco pinakita nila yun report ng inspector na ginawa napansin ng kapatid ko na sobra sobra yun mga nka indicate n gamit doon..mga gamit na wala kmi sa bahay (like 3 rice cooker...pano kmi magkakaroon ng 3 rice cooker???)isa pa sa nakita ng kapatid ko yun drawing or diagram na nagpapakita ng illegal connection daw nmin ay pareho lng nun unang report nun nahulihan tlaga kmi ng jumper.Before po kc we really admit n may jumper talaga kmi na ang tatay nmin ang may gawa siempre since mga bata p kmi nun di kmi aware n ganun.Pero binayaran po nmin yun for 2 yrs...130k yun to be exact.pinagdusahan nmin dhil alam nmin n kasalanan nmin yun.Pero mula po nun d n nmin yun inulit .Kaya last May 10 na hinuli nila yun kapit bahay nmin ...na talagang wlang metro at jumper eversince pti kmi dinamay nila at ang masakit lumalabas na naka load sa amin lahat ng mga appliances ng mga tao dun.Pinapirma nila ang nanay ko na matanda na at malabo ang mata s report n ginawa nila w/out explaining kung ano ang nakalagay sa papel n yun...since sobrang nerbyos at lito ang mother ko ..natural pinirmahan.Sa ngayon po wla n po kming kuryente at ang masakit hindi n kmi pwede mag apply ng bagong linya :'(.Sana po matulungan nyo kmi kung ano ang pwede nming gawin ...actually po nasa abroad ako at masamang masama ang loob ko kc d ko matulungan personally ang family ko para ma resolve ang problem n ito.Sa ngayon were planning to leave our house at mag rent na lang kc pano cla mabubuhay ng walang kuryente meron pa nman po kming 3 months baby sa bahay.Pls help us kung ano po ang maganda nming gawin.Nakaka lungkot kc isipin na kami na may metro talaga at monthly kming may binabayaran sa meralco kmi yun nagdusa samantalang yun kapit bahay nmin na talagang naka jumper lang wala clang action na gagawain at lumalabas na parang kmi pa ang dapat magbayad ng kasalanan nila.Sana po mabigyan nyo kmi ng advice on kung ano po ang paraan n pwede nming gawin.Thanks in advance

your remedy is to first file a written complaint with Meralco's customer service. after which a complaint at erc.
