1 role of guarantor and terms of payments... on Tue Jun 21, 2011 10:39 am

may kaibigan po kami na isinabay kami ng pag-utang sa katrabaho daw ng tatay nya. at yung tatay nya ang tatayong guarantor. it doesn't have any written contract. sabi nya, 15k daw yung sakanila 5k yung sa amin. every 15th and 30th yung bayad with 8percent interest monthly. tapos 12 mos to pay yung sakanila, 6mos to pay yung sa amin. he also said na ISANG UTANG lang daw kami the day na inabot nya yung pera...

i recommend you write a letter so you can clarify your position. i would not pay to anyone you do not owe. it should be directly.

it might be that money was loaned to you at a higher rate of interest and someone is pocketing the difference.
