Meron kaming lupa na pag aari sa province at ng ipasukat ko ito nasasakop nya ung daang kalabaw( tawag ng matatanda sa kapirasong daanan ng mga hayop) na sa katagalan ng panahon ay naging daang tao na rin. ito daang kalabaw ay nasa pagitan ng dalawang loteng aking pag aari, and it is connecting to a lot na akin din at sa itaas naman ay sa isang kahangga na sila ang gumagamit ng daan para sa pag papastol ng hayop.

Nag usap kami at napag kasunduan na hahayan kong may daan sa gitna ng aking lote ngunit ibibigay nila ung kapirasong lupa kapalit ng daang kalabaw.

ung makukuha saking lote at may sukat na 104 sq. meter at ung ibibigay naman nila ay 210 sg meter para magkaroon sila ng daan at pareo naming napagkasunduan.

Ano po kayang legal na documento ang pwede kong handa para dito at maging legal ang usapan.

Pareho naming hawak ang titulo ng kanya kanyang lupa at kung mag dadagdag bawas kami sa parehong titulo ay magiging magastos at matagal ang proseso.

you are establishing a voluntary right of way. you have to write up a contract establishing the metes and bounds of the right of way. you can also choose to have it annotated on your respective titles.

you should write up a deed and register it at the register of deeds.
