Hi po. I need to consult lang po sana about my situation.

I used to work in a bank. Then I availed one of the benefits which is the employee financial loan. Wala na po akong copy ng agreement kasi po na-Ondoy po ang lugar namin. Nag-resigned po ako February 01, 2010. Pagkatapos po ibawas ang mga dapat ko pang makuha sa bank e may dapat pa po akong bayaran na mga P46k+++.

To cut the story short, hindi ko po mabayaran kasi wala po akong trabaho. Kasi hindi rin po ako makakuha ng clearance sa kanila dahil po sa loan ko na ito. Kaya nahihirapan din po akong mag-apply ng work.

Meron pong law firm na kumakausap sa akin. Noong una po nasa 46k palang tapos itong month ng May 2011 nasa 55k++ na po. In constant communication naman po ako. Nanghihingi po ako ng payment program na para po mabayaran ko. Ang sabi po sa akin ng law firm disapproved daw po yung request ko. Pero wala pa po akong binibigay na kahit na anong document kaya paano po yun makikita ng credit committee.

At last thursday ng makausap ko yung law firm ang sabi po sa akin e nasa 65k++ na daw po.

Ano po ba ang puede kong gawin tungkol dito. Please help me. Kasi po ang tumutulong sa akin ngayon e yung Auntie ko po na 81 years old na. E wala rin naman pong income.

Please po sana matulongan niyo ako.
