Hi,

Good day..

God Bles..

you have the right to visit your child. i recommend you just draw up a simple written agreement on when you have rights to have the child with you and how much support you will give.

okay. but after i write an agreement, who should i talk to so that it would be legally documented? what i'm worried about is if it's just going to be an agreement between us, without anyone from the legal department involved, they might not uphold their end of the agreement.

the most you can do is to have it notarized afterwards.
