AttyLLL, ask ko lang po kung ano ang kaso s gantong situation...

Ang kwento po kasi ay ganito, magkaaway po ang tatay ko at tito ko sa side ng nanay ko... since 2008 po... nung 2008 po nag pang abot sila ng tatay ko... nag baragayan po, tapos nagkasundo na wala nalang pakialaman... ang kaso po, eto pong taon na to, yung tito ko po inutusan yung barkada niya na umutang samin ng alak, e mgkaaway nga po sila ng tito ko, di hindi po pinautang, mga 5mins. later bumalik po yung barkada ng tito ko, sinabi po na pa utang daw po ang tito ko,tapos na balitaan pa ng tatay ko sa mga ito na tatawa tawa pa ang tito ko... nung kinabukasan po, nakita ng tatay ko ang tito ko, at sinabihan na nanloloko ka ba? muntik na po sila nun magpangabot, kinabukasan po ulit nun nung gabi, dumaan ang tito ko sa tapat ng bahay namin... at nag inum sa di kalayuan ng bahay namin... ginawa po ng tatay ko,nakita nya po yung dalawang bote ng softdrink na maliit pinuntahan niya po yung tito ko at hinampas ng bote... anu po bang kaso yun atty? kasi po nag sampa sila ng Frustrated Murder at ano po ba ang parusa ng Frustrated Murder???? need ko lang po malaman ang sagot, ayoko po makulong ang tatay ko... thanks in advance atty.

Thanks po AttyLLL, sana nga po sa mga hearing na mangyayari maging physical injury lang ang kaso... kasi po, di namen alam kung paano naging Frustrated Murder yun... dahil di naman kami nag hearing nun... bale, nag bayad kami ng 15k para di daw marealease ang warrant of arest, tapos nag set po ngayon ng hearing...

ang nangyari po kasi ay, ang tito ko lang ang nakakatangap ng notice of hearing kami hindi... nagulat nalang kami ng sinabi saamin ng kaybigan ng nanay ko na, "bakit hindi kayo umaatin ng hearing?" pumunta po nanay ko sa city hall, at dun nya po nalaman na meron nga pong hearing na ng yari, at parealease na daw ang warrant of arrest, sinabihan nalang po ang nanay ko na magbayad ng 15k para di daw marealease ang warrant of arrest, dahil daw po pag na release yun, bka dw po magbayad kami ng 220k para sa piyansa... nung nagbayad po nanay ko ng 15k, magseset daw po ulit ng hearing... tingin nyo po atty, may mali po ba? di ko po kasi alam kung bakit yan naging frustrated murder, kung ganun lang naman ang nangyari, 3 tahi lng naman daw po yung sugat sa ulo ng tito ko...

moderator
seems to me like you got fooled into paying that 15k or your mother paid a bribe. your focus should be submission of your counter affidavit.
