I would like to apply for a passport however when i got my BC from NSO, my middle name is spelled as "Laberga" while I used "Laverga" on my school records, employment records, SSS, TIN and NBI, I dont know how I will correct the spelling on all of my records and i dont know what my options are for this may create conflict on my passport application.

thaks in advance.

file a petition for correction of clerical error at the civil registrar where your birth certificate was filed.

here is a sample list: http://www.manila.gov.ph/citycivilregistry.htm

you should ask where your birth certificate was filed.
