hi. i hope you can help me. eto po case ko.

pasensya na po, mejo magulo ung case ko. pero i hope you can help me po. thankyou in advance Smile

your nso copy of the birth certificate was stamped "legitimated"? if so, then you have to use your father's last name because that is what is indicated on your birth certificate.

in that case, you really need to file a court petition to make your mother's surname your surname.

ah. ok po. may i ask po, kung which is easier and at much lesser cost: to file a petition to use my mother's surname or kung magpa-annul po ung father ko sa first wife nia para malegit po ako?

you cannot be legitimated because your there was an impediment to their marrying at the time you were conceived and born.

Hi po. I need some advice. My parents were never married and they both have their own families now.I am 23 years old now and I am using my father's last name but when i got a copy of my birth certificate from NSO, i found out that i dont have a last name on it, it was completely blank. I am using my father's last name and all my documents shows my father's last name. paano ko po maipapalagay ang last name ng father ko sa copy ng NSO?
Ano po ba mga kailangan. I really need po kasi i want to apply for a passport. Hope you can help me.

ask your father to issue an authority to use surname of the father so you can use his last name

My father is in Saudi now and he comes home every 2 years. He wanted me to use his last name too but we just don't know how to add it on NSO's file. Help please.. What kind of documents do we need. Thank you.
