Good Day sir..

mag inquire lang po ako about sa case po namin.. eto po yong kuwento. mayroon po sa amin sinanlang kapirasong lote.. pinagawan po muna namin nang maliit na bahay. sa may ari muna kami kumabit nang ilaw kasi nga po sanla lang.. dumaan po ang mga taon nabili namin ang lote. pero same address pa din po pero magkaiba kami nang bahay pero sa kanila pa din po kami nakakabit nang kuryente kaya lang habang tumatagal nagtataka na kami kasi nga dumami na yong gamit namin at medyo pinalaki na bahay ang liit nang bill nang kuryente namin.. minsan dina namin nakikita resibo nahingi nalang nang bayad yong may ari. kaya po ang ginawa namin nag aply po kami nang meter na para sa amin lang ayaw na sana namin makikabit sa kanila kasi nga natatakot kami na baka nag ju jumper yong may ari. pero ang gusto kasi namin mangyari doon ilagay sa bahay namin yong metro kasi medyo malayo din yong bahay nila kasi malaki yong lote. kaso ayaw pumayag yong meralco na doon ilagay kasi nga isang address dapat daw magkatabi lang ang metro gagawing A at B lng. kaso natatakot din kami na baka nga pagkatabi doon e jumper nang ari nang bahay kasi hindi namin kita.. so sa madaling salita hindi namin nabayaran yong meralco para ikabit na yong meter. pero may file na kami sa meralco na nagpapakabit kami. ngayon nahuli siya nang jumper inalis yong metro nya.. pati kami damay kasi isang address lang po kami isang meter lang pinanggagalingan nang kuryente.. ang laki po nang hinihinging penalty katumbas na nang 10years. around 500T half M na.. kung tutuusin wala naman po kami kasalanan doon. ang anak pala nang may ari ang nag jumper kaso dahil nga sa iisang meter lang kami wala kami kuryente. ano po ba ang magandang gawin namin.? medyo nagkatampuhan na kasi kami nang may ari dahil nga sa nangyari. sa ngayon 4 years napo wala kuryente yong bahay. minsan po nakikisaksak lang kami as kapitbahay kaso natatakot na yong kapitbahay namin na baka mahuli siya . pede po bang maging jumper ung case nang kapitbahay namin kung sakaling nakikikabit kami pero nadaan naman po sa metro kaya lang ibang bahay napo?

gusto ko lang po sana maliwanag at pwedeng gawin para makabitan napo yong bahay namin. gusto napo kasi namin maayos.

your best remedy is to first file a complaint at Meralco's customer service, then at the Energy Regualtion commission

moderator
what i have stated is the remedy provided by the magna carta for residential electricity consumers. it provides that the consumer should first try to deal with the customer service of the electricity provider, before he can be allowed to file a complaint at the Energy Regulations Commission. if you know a better solution, please enlighten us.

mula 1987 nangungupahan kami sa isang bldg sa sta. cruz mla.ngayon naisip ng anak ng isa sa may-ari na ibenta ang property may isang taon na ang nakakaraan at pinaaalis kami ayaw namin umalis kaya ang ginawa nya ngayon ay nag request sa city engineer ng manila na i condemn ang bldg.ang bldg po ay 40 yrs na ano po ang maipapayo nyo sa akin. salamat po.

there's no preventing the owner from doing that. monitor and oppose the request at the engineer's office.

nagbgay po sila ng request letter sa city engineer pero ang 3 pirma ng co owner ay fake pwede po bang mapahinto ang request nila na ma condemn ang bldg?

as i said, you have to file an opposition to the application. submit evidence that the signatures are fake.
