Arresto Menor
We've just been married for a couple of months when I found out that he's having a third party. So I investigated and the mistress admitted that they are having on and off relationship for over a year which means that we were like two-timed. I confronted them and the mistress wanted to make their relationship legal. My husband chose her over me. I will be filing for annulment but what will be my grounds if I would like to file a case to the mistress and to my husband in order for me to get an annulment?

infidelity by itself is not a ground for annulment. you should have your marriage documents analyzed by a lawyer. here are the grounds:
