I have observed that the syllabi for this year's Bar exams are too detailed which made me think that they would probably just stick to the coverage rather than to ask matters that are not included. And since the Syllabi are too specific, they might try to frame difficult questions which would test the examinee's understanding of the application of the law, doctrines and jurisprudence rather than the examinee's ability to recall codal provisions. If that is so, then mastering first the matters included in the syllabi would be a good strategy. Mastering all the subjects is not possible in my opinion. Thoughts?
