Hello, allowed po ba ang employer mag bigay ng information to a lending company asking if an employee is no longer working or terminated without the employees consent?

To add, employee was not aware that he/she has been terminated dahil hindi siya binigyan ng notice ng HR.

Employee was able to know that he/she has been terminated from the lender that was able to get information from HR.

if the question is limited to whether you are still working there, it is fine for the company to let them know your status.
