Hi gusto ko lang po sana malaman kung anu po ba ang dapat namin gawin sa kabit ng tatay ko at mga kamaganak ng kabit kasi po ung tatay ko hiwalay na at ang nanay ko pero nakikabit sya sa kapitbahay lang namin so noon 2004 kapag nakikita ng kabit ang nanay ko eh sinasaktan po sya palagi tas minsan nakikitulong pa ung tatay ko so nagfile po ng kaso ang nanay ko sa regional trial court kaso po nung lumabas na po ung papel d naman nakarating ang nanay ko po dahil nasa province po nagkaron po sila ng anak ng kabit at ang tatay ko which is now 6yrs old i think, so di na namin sila pinapansin and then natigil na ung pangaaway ng kabit kaso madalas po sila magparinig sa nanay ko kasama pa nya kamaganak nya po so this 2011 ulit nasundan ung pananakit kasama ung kamaganak nya nagfile kami ng complain sa brgy kaso po ungbrgy mejo may inapanigan po na side which is ung kabit since kaibigan nila ung ibang nasa brgy so nakailang hearing na po sa brgy at lupon and till noe ala pa din ung cert to file complain puede na po ba namin idirect ito sa regional trial court at kami na po ang magfile sensya na po ah kasi d ako pamilyar sa process ng mag ganito po at puede ba namin isama sa complain ung kamaganak po nya na nanakit din po sa nanay ko... thank you po

file a letter with the bgy stating when the last hearing was held and that you are requesting the CFA. that way you have a written record.
