Patulong po sana ako legally kung ano po ang tama kong gawin. gusto ko napo kumalas sa corporation na itinayo namin. 1 year napo siya. Family business. VP/Operation managers po ako sa kumpanya. Ramdam ko po kasi na hindi vina-value ang opinion o suggestion ko. Tapos for 1 year, wala po kaming sweldo, twice lang po nangyari ung profit sharing namin, till now wala pa dahil sinasabi nila na nag nenegative daw ang kumpanya (based sa FS, andun pa ung capital namin at my konting kita pa sa mga pinasok kong projects). as operations manager po, responsibilidad ko po makahanap ng sales para sa kumpanya. Pero sa panahon po na ito, mahirap po makahanap dahil sa kumpetisyon sa market. Diba po dapat kahit un ang trabaho ko, dapat tinutulungan din ako ng mga ka-partner ko? Wala pa po kaming mga empleyado, kami-kami palang po. At isa pa pong di ko nagustuhan, nung itatayo pa lang ang kumpanya, DUMMY lang daw ung ibang nakalagay articles of incorporation. Pero nung nakaraan, ung mga DUMMY na un ay nagtatanung kung anu na ang lagay ng negosyo. Meron po ba silang karapatan na mgatanong gayong DUMMY lang sila?

Kung mag reresign po ako as Operations manager, anu po mga karapatan ko? At kung sakali po bang i-pull out ko ang share ko, paano po? May karapatan po ba akong kunin agad un kahit walang bibili?

moderator
you cannot just take back your share especially if the company is losing. you can sell your shares, but if no one is buying you cannot compel the company to buy it back.

but you can resign by handing in your 30 day notice.
