dati po kaming empleyado ng isang agricultural company.. tinanggal po kami sa trabaho dahil lang po sa na-late ng kulang isang oras sa pag--open ng store. nalaman po ng main office kaya po pinag-report po kami kinabukasan sa main office. hindi po namin akalain na terminated na po kaming tatlo. pinapirma po kami ng clearance that same day. hindi n po kami pinapasok the following days. then after less than a week they were asking us to go to the store to have what they say "formal turn over" of the money and all the documents. eventually they informed us na ay short daw po kaming 22,612. Una po they were asking for us to pay for that shortages and when we refused to settle the amount tinatakot po nila kami na sasampahan ng kasong QUALIFIED THEFT.
wala po kami nung nag-audit sila at iba na po yung mga tao sa store thu(july 21) pa lang po ng gabi.
may laban po ba kami if ever po na matuloy yung pagsasampa nila ng kaso? anu po ba ang mga dapat naming gawin?

it depends on what evidence they will present whether their accusation will prosper. you should prepare your defense in case they do file a case against you.

it appears you were illegally dismissed. your remedy would be to file a case of illegal dismissal at nlrc.
