AttyLLL, please ur advice is really appreciated..
Kung ang pangungutang ay naganap sa K.S.A, maari po bang ang kaso ay sa Pilipinas isampa? Paano kung ang nag pautang hindi direct kausap ng umutang then ang bayaran ay thru her assistant kaya di ito nag remit ng bayad sa may ari ng pera, dapat bang kasuhan ang umutang where as the debt has been paid long time ago, parang naghahanap ng idadamay ang may ari ng pera..and there was no contract or legal papers that has been signed by the debtor during the money lending..ngunit ng cya hinaras at tinakot gumawa ang debtor ng sulat at nagpirma..paano po un dahil lang sa malaking takot kaya nya ginawa un ..un po ba ay valid...ang lahat ng ito any nannagyari sa SAUDI ARABIA pero tiantakot nya ang may utang sa knya na mag dedemanda cya sa pinas, kung saan nag bigay na cya ng demand lettr from one of the law firm jan sa Pinas..ano po ba ito VALID? please advice ksi lahat ng makausap ng taong ito sa company na pinag t-trbahuhan na d-discuss nya sa lahat ...distrubance in work area na ang ginagawa nya...baka ma terminate pa ung tao dahil di makapag trabaho ng maayos sa pananakot at paninira sa mga kabayan na nag w-work sa company...please advice us..thank you
