Atty good day,

I am a call center agent who purchased a house and lot in cavite to a developer thru PAG IBIG financing LOAN. Ever since i have a lot of problems dealing with them. Wrong documents, delayed processing, in short very poor assistance and i even filled for reapplication in PAG IBIG because of such delays. This really caused a lot of inconvenience since i work at night and suppose to rest during the day. After 1 year of struggle my loan was released and everything is in its place. Now, I am trying to request for my refund ( the months that i paid while waiting for my loan take out ) and just like before no one from their office cares or even advice me of what i should do. It has been 5 months since they got the money from PAG IBIG and still my money has not been refunded. Every week i am sending them emails for follow ups but no one give a reply. Please give me advise on how can i deal with them.

File a formal complaint at the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB).

Thank you, and how am i going to do that? should i send them a letter of complaint or is there an email address that i can use to send them complaint.
