Arresto Menor
can i file charges to my company when it insisted 6 months notice instead 1 month notice of resignation?

is unfair labor practice is applicable?

is unjust vexation is applicable?

how can i file for an INTIMIDATION case because i feel intimidated that they keep insisting about the 6 month notice no clearance will be provided nor Cert of Emplyment.

once 1 month notice instead of 6 months is served my company consider this as in bad faith and might file charges for damages...

no, but you have a right to no longer report after the one month.

ulp refers to interference in organizing unions.

i do not believe unjust vexation will apply.

unfortunately, the law does not say anything about a clearance, so there's no clear right to receive one.
