I need some legal advice. My wife is working to BPO/Call Center and she was tenured for almost 5 years. Then Yesterday, pinatawag sya ng HR to tell her na Float status sya starting September.
Gusto ko lng pong malaman if Legal ung pang float sa isang tenured employee at kung performance naman ung pagbabasehan she always a top performer in their account. At isa pa, hindi naman nagdedeclare ng bankruptcy ung account para ilagay float status ang ibang empleyado.
At isa pa wala silang maipakitang documents na nagjujustify kung bat sila ung napiling i float. They only say it was based on the totality of their performance but there is no black and white document.
