Is It Mandatory for an Employer to Provide Health Card Benefits?

Good day!

I am working in a private company. We do have philhealth but I want to know if we are also entitled to a health card (e.g maxicare, intellicare, and medicard) although it is not specified in our contract?

The company only has around 7 employees here in the Philippines as the majority of the employees are in Malaysia. My employer is a Filipino citizen.

I hope you can help me with my query.
