1 recourse due to property definition on Wed Aug 10, 2011 3:59 pm

Arresto Menor
We have purchased a property through in house finance, with the house sold as a single detached house. The property is located on the boundary line with a fire wall, with no access on that side, therefore I think is defined as a single attached. The documents state it is a single detached. Recently the developer started to build a house attaching it to the fire wall. Because the developer has made misrepresentation and not defining the property correctly, do we have any recourse and is there devaluation in the property?
