need your advice..

nagmamaneho po ako ng Motor (single)
on my way home.. tapos nabungo po ako ng isa pang motor.

lasing po ung nakabungo sakin and wala rin sya sa tamang lane. yun din po ang nakalagay sa pulis report

pareho po kami nagkaroon ng damage.

then nagsampa po sila ng kaso laban sakin.
student licence lang po ako and ung angkas ko eh non pro. yung nakabunguan ko naman po ay may professional licence.

gusto ko po malaman ung advice nyo kung ano dapat kong gawin.
and kung ano po ang magiging lagay ng kaso ko.

it will be presumed that you were at fault because you had no license. file a counter suit against the other party and make best use of the police report and other evidence to overcome the presumption.
